“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
Motherhood is often made up of small, repeated moments.
Meals prepared. Clothes washed. Questions answered. Nights interrupted. The same routines, over and over again.
It can feel like nothing is changing. Like your effort disappears as quickly as it is given.
This verse speaks directly into that feeling.
Do not grow weary in doing good.
God sees what feels unseen. Every act of care. Every moment of patience. Every quiet sacrifice. None of it is wasted.
The work you are doing may not feel important in the moment, but it is shaping something deeper. It is building love, trust, and stability in ways that take time to grow.
You may not see the result right away. That does not mean it is not happening.
Motherhood is not measured by big milestones alone. It is built in the small, faithful moments that repeat each day.
If you feel tired, this is your reminder. Your work matters. Your care matters. You are not overlooked. God is present in every small moment.
Prayer: God, help me stay steady in the small moments. Remind me that what I do each day matters more than I can see. Amen.
